I'm Psyched! I just got another Real Estate Firm on board to do a portion of their marketing with me. I guess that it's not a hard sale to get a Realtor to work with me on this project because I am giving hard hitting marketing away for free. Free and I know first hand that many people, especially business people run the other way when they hear that something is "free".

Free seems to be a way of marketing in itself so I can understand the skepticism. When something is free that usually means that it is cheap and worthless, or it is bait for something else.

Not this time! When I say free I really mean free. I have a system in place that drives a high level of traffic to individual property websites that I provide along with text message and call capture technology.

I set up a website for each property then promote it like crazy through utilization of blogging, classified ad sites, and a huge network of link exchange.

The text messaging features are truly unique. I mean I'm sure you can all remember a time when cell phones were large and bulky almost useless devices. I used to have a cell phone when they were becoming popular and I remember never being able to get a clear signal and being very uncomfortable with the big clunky thing in my pocket.

Now with todays technology cell phones everywhere. The upper class, middle class, and lower class all have cell phones. This means another great opportunity for us.

Now imagine being able to stand in front of a home that you are interested in and instantly have full details instantly text messaged to your cell phone. I know that as a consumer I'd be pretty happy with the level of service provided from the start if before I even contacted the Realtor I could be standing in front of a home with a sign and rider and look at interior photo's!

Well, this is what I offer. I offer text messaging features to complement the websites. They are great for sign riders and print media advertising.

I haven't even mentioned the mobile phone websites yet, yeah thats right when you sign up for my FREE co-marketing program I will also give every single listing its own mobile phone version of the website. When someone text's for information they will be given a link at the bottom of the text message that will bring them to the mobile version of the website.
